Payment and Shipping

1Overview of Order Process
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. If you have artwork you’d like us to use, such as a logo, simply reply to this e-mail and attach your art. Shortly thereafter (during business hours) you’ll receive an email from the the owner to preview proofs of product. Final product will not be printed until proof is approved by the buyer.
2Estimated shipping times
SImple items usually ship within 24-48 hours after purchase. More complex items or bigger orders ship within 48-72 hours. If shipping will be delayed, buyer will be notified via email. If you need your items sooner than the time allotted, rush orders can be done for an extra fee. Please email for rush orders. Glitter tumblers can not be shipped sooner than 72 hours.
3Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
4Payment options
We accept most major credit cards.

Returns & Exchanges

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. No exceptions. Orders cancelled after 12 hours will not receive a refund.
2Returns and/or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We are more than happy to make it right.
